This article describes how to setup your Outlook 2003 e-mail client.
- Open Outlook 2003

Go to Tools > Accounts in the Toolbar.
- Select POP3, then Next>
- Enter your First and Last name for the User Name field. Enter your full email address for both E-mail address and for User Name Login information. This is your combined user and yourdomain values. Enter your password. Enter mail.yourdomain for both incoming and outgoing server fields.
- Select the More Settings button, then the Outgoing Server tab. Check off the box for 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication' and 'Use same settings as my incoming mail server'.
- Press OK on the Internet E-mail settings menu, then Next on the E=mail Accounts menu, then Finish.
