For this article, we will use the example account jdoe@cabothouse.com - You should replace jdoe with your username.
- Go to Tools > Accounts in the Menu Bar

- Select your mail account and click Properties (your account is most likely named cabothouse.com)

- This will open the Properties window. You do not have to change anything on the general tab. Select the Servers Tab.

You will want to make sure you change both the incoming and outgoing servers from:
cabothouse.com to mail.cabothouse.com
You also must change your account name to your full email address. In our example:
jdoe to jdoe@cabothouse.com
You should refer to the email you received for the password.
- Make sure that "My server requires authentication" is checked and click Settings...

Make sure Use same settings as my incoming mail server is selected and click OK. - Click OK on the Account Properties screen and Close on the Accounts window.
You should now be able to receive your email just as you did before.
