The Graphic Designer will be responsible for providing design and production services  This candidate should  be  experienced in copy and design that conceptualizes and delivers mission-critical, end-to-end creative solutions to fulfill marketing program strategies.  This candidate must possess a high degree of proficiency with both online and traditional print design, must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced team environment, and must enjoy juggling many concurrent deliverables under tight time frames.  A strong, results-oriented team player with great enthusiasm for the creative product. 

• Interpret high-level design concepts into graphic designs for all media—online and offline
• Collaborate with copy/design teams to brainstorm new concepts that fit objectives for major programs and campaigns
• Act as part of a copy/design team to take leadership role in designing/producing mid-scope programs/campaigns
• Support the production artist by doing pre-release production on online and print media

• Strong graphic design skills with emphasis on direct response principles and techniques
• Ability to multi-task, respond quickly to client needs/changes, manage time to accommodate both high- and lower-priority assignments
• Experience and enthusiasm for collaborative workstyle
• High comfort level with spending majority of time translating concepts and producing them in different media
• Strong technical skills including online production: 
    o Writing clean and efficient HTML code 
    o Creating and optimizing images for the web 
    o Flash animation skills including experience creating and optimizing flash banners for the web 
    o Actionscript (a plus) 
    o Experience designing HTML emails (a plus)
• Small-business design experience a plus
• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Three-plus years of advertising/marketing experience.  Agency experience strongly recommended but not mandatory
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and re-deploy efforts when needed
• Ability to translate business requirements into both creative and results-driven executions
